1. Services

Scope LLC agrees to provide estimating services on a project-by-project basis. Services shall include, but not be limited to:

• Quantity estimates for Commercial Flooring projects

2. Compensation

Scope LLC's current estimating rate is $55 per hour. Payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice receipt. Customer will be given 30 days notice of an estimating rate increase.

3. Disclaimer

All estimating work is performed on a best-effort basis. No liability is accepted or implied for estimates, financial or otherwise, for an amount greater than is paid for estimating each project. It is the responsibility of the Company to check estimates for any errors or omissions and to verify all quantities.

4. Independent Contractor

Scope LLC is an independent contractor and is not an employee. Scope LLC is responsible for all taxes and other obligations related to the services provided.

5. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with a notice of 30 days.

6. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the waiving party.
